Your eligibility depends on how you will perform in CAT examination.If you want to go to IIMs then you will have to score more then 99 percentile.Though your marks in 10th in good but your 12th marks is average though you will also have to be graduated to appear for CAT and your marks in graduation should also be good.

Your 10th and 12th marks are good but you have to score above 60 % in your graduation and score above 95 percentile in Cat entrance exam  . With only 10th and 12th marks an individual cannot exactly tell whether you are eligible for IIM or not . The admission cell at IIM do a complete evaluation of a student , since you are in a halfway track untill now you have done well , but you have to do extra well ahead. So all the best .
