As per your GEN-EWS rank in JEE Mains 2019, it can seen quite affectively that your CRL rank must be quite high. Thus, you won't be able to get into any of the IIITs as most of them close around (for good branches) under 50000 rank by the last spot round. I would suggest you to apply for private institutions that accept JEE Mains score/rank. Good luck.
