In JOSAA councelling for IIT/NIT/IIIT/GFTI it is cumpulsory to have atleast 75% marks in intermediate with mathematics as a major subject. If there is any problem with 12th marks you can apply for SFTI's. They do reduce their minimum cutoff marks for 12th accordingly. You can visit www.josaa.nic.in for furthur details.
