in jee main my percentile is 81.72 and my 12th std percentage is 63. can i register in josaa

If you are general category student then I am sorry to say that you have not cleared the eligiblity criteria for jee mains.
So you cannot register for josaa and cannot appear for counselling.
But there are many private colleges which take admission on the basis of jee mains marks.
