In my 10th and 12th marksheet , Sri is added as prefix in my father name but in my adhaar card pan card and other documents Sri is not added.In my jee form,I didn't add Sri as prefix in my father name.Will it creates problem in counseling and Future? do I need correction? please answer me

I think you should go for correction. when document verification will occur, they will matches the name with 10 and 12 marksheet . as the prefix is adds in your previous academic mark sheet you need to write it in all academic studies or courses you would do in future.
