In my EWS certificate address is different and in JEE FORM the address is different. Is their any problem occur further. Please guide me.

Address is in what is different?. If your state is same in both the form I don't see why JEE officials have a problem with that. Still to be on safe side upload a self declaration in lieu of the certificate then upload it at the time of reporting for Josaa counselling this is a provision the officials have given recently to JEE candidates who can't get the certificate ready on time.

If you can get in touch with them and clear your doubt if they say its okay then upload the Same certificate or otherwise get a new certificate issued as the guidelines only allows certificates issued on or after April 2021.
