In my ragistration form in jee main 2019 .i give the photo but now nta wont photo with name and date .so what can i do ????

Hello Hirak,
You cannot make any changes for now. There will be a correction facility which will open from October 8-14 for the candidates to make the corrections if they have mistankenly did some mistakes while filling up the application form. You can then upload your correct photograph.
Do not worry for this issue, just make the changes when the correction window opens.
