You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting into IIITs and NITs. Don't worry, you can still get many good private colleges with this rank. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. You can get a seat in some lower NITs and IIITs, only if you come under the Home State Quota. In case you don't, you should apply for some state counseling. You may get some good colleges with this rank.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
