Hii ayush,

There is no such official definition for any tier category. But in general sense KIIT is tier 3 college. Tier 1 colleges are IIITs, top NITs and BITS only.

Hello

Yes, it is. It has got "Tier 1" accreditation of Washington accord from NBA of AICTE. Very few institution apart from IITs has achieved this distinction. Some of the other colleges are few NITs, BITS, DTU etc.
