Is doing bsc with coaching for jee mains&advance a good option ? I've scored 61 marks in jee mains and will hardly get a good college now.

No please don't do it because after some time there is a lot of burden and you can't handle it,

Not recommended at all, its suicidal option. Just clear exams like MHCET incase you're unable to clear Jee mains and Advanced, try again next year if you want grt colleges, else go for private colleges with MH CET exam.

can you please explain how doing bsc wil affect me
as I've heard that in the first year of bsc all one study is the syllabus of 11/12 class.
In that way I could study for jee mains through coaching and at the Same time can do my bsc.
If what I said is wrong please do let me know cause this might be the misconception which can help me and many other people in my acquaintance.
