    JEE is the National level exam for Engineering programme, There are other state level & university level engineering entrance exam, You can apply to get admission for Civil Engineering.

    Yaa man, because if you want to study civil engineering ,and it's falling under b.tech,then it nessary to give jee(main)!!! And all major colleges are taking Admission by jee basics only.
