is the value of researcher more after MD,or equal to after mbbs?..and is it better to do MD n then go for research abroad,or Phd in india ?

Well MBBS is just a basic degree or a bachelor's degree. If you are interested in research then you should go for masters that is MD and then follow up with a PhD to complete your studies and to continue with research studies from then ahead.
