Hello Shabana, 

MJ college allows lateral entry in BE courses. JNTUK has a lot of colleges affiliated under it, you have to mention a specific college to know the details. There is nothing called Geethas college but I believe you were referring to GITAM college, and yes,  they do have the option for lateral entry.
