As per my Knowledge both are same. CS stands for computer science and CSE stands for Computer science Engineering.  Computer Science engineering has roots in electrical engineering, mathematics, and linguistics. Both CS and CSE are almost  same . May be one or two subjects may varies.

Dear candidate, both are same. The difference is only in abbreviation. There maybe a bit difference in one-two subjects, else it is same. CSE is Computer Science Engineering.
