It Means if i did not opt bio in class 11th and took as additional in class 12th,i am eligible for aiims but as per neet it is not possible?

Yes. Because to give NEET 2019, you need to have (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
The eligibility criteria of NEET 2019 is given below-
10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
