Hello aspirant ,
There is no registration fees for councelling through JOSSA.
You have to pay only if you want to book the seat or freeze the seat for future which will be further adjusted in college fees.
If you from a category then it's obvious that you will be getting seat on basis of your category rank but remember that for each category , every NIT has a separate cutoff list.
