The minimum qualification to apply for IBPS PO is Graduation you can do it in any of the field as per your interest. Along with your graduation you can join any coaching or you can start your self preparation as per your capability. Keep updated your self regarding the notification for the application form for the same.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
Minimum: 20 years and Maximum: 30 years
Relaxation of Upper age is provided to reserved category candidates in special cases.
Education Qualification:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
You should have minimum 50% to apply.

According to me your should start a professional degree in Bachelor like
Economics Hons
BBA
B.com Hons
And side by side start preparation for bank exam from 2nd year onwards for better way to pass the exam and Interview.
