Hello Aspirant.
All the IITs are equal in terms of many measures. They provide same education structure but still if a specific name has to be taken then it would be IIT Bombay as it's placement has been great since last 5 years. It also provides great opportunity for students pursuing biotechnology.
Note- All the IITs are equal, they all are deemed institutions, if you're eligible for any of the IIT grab that opportunity.

If you score well it won't matter if you are from Kolkata or any other state .
