According to this year cutoffs released by NTA, the percentile for OBC category to qualify the JEE MAIN exam is 74 percentile but your percentile is below that, hence according to JoSSA counseling eligibility criteria you are not eligible to participate in JoSSA counseling and hence can not get seat in any GFTI as to participate in JoSSA you have to first qualify the JEE MAIN exam.
