Your OBC certificate is helpful for both All India Counselling and State Counsellings as well. The admission under IP Quota of ESIC is made on merit cum preference basis. Now the merit list is prepared based on your NEET score, your Category. Its the same with even State Counselling and so your OBC Certificate will certainly be helpful.
