For admission to Masters in India, the applications can be called from January to May. As you have not mentioned any college or University to which you like to apply, I can only give you some general information. In Masters level, the entry to college is through entrance examination considering both the entrance as well as the Bachelors result. Some exams like JAM or JGEEBILS application is announced by September/October. But all others by and after January. Most often calls come in April and May. May and June the time for exams and July-August the time for admission.
