Hello,
No, there is no problem if your caste certificate or other certificates are laminated. You just need to carry the with you at the time of counselling. And remember!!! Carry the original one and also carry the duplicate or Xerox copy of certificates they will be required during counselling and you will need them and it will help you out there!!!
