Based on the closing ranks of 2018 your chances are low.

5847 was the closing rank last year. But there will be variations based on the no of applicants, no of seats avaialble etc.

Dear Yash, in 2018 under State Quota, 523 marks secured a seat in Rajamata Vijaya Raje Scindia Medical College under OBC Category. That was the cut off. With 581 marks you have a decent chance at PDU Medical College and Dungarpur Medical Colleges as well. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If there is not much increase in the cutoff this year then you may get any government college for MBBS in RAJASTHAN except SMS Jaipur and RUHS Jaipur.
