My brother is a student of 1st semester, mechanical engineer. he got admission Last year. but due to his severe jaundice he could not able to get the examination. does he can take admission again in the first semester? wheather he has to be sit for PAT again?

Really Sorry for your brother's situation and i hope he get well soon.Now coming to your question, if your brother has taken admission into that particular college and failed to appear in the first semester exams then if he rejoins the college the he will have to appear for the semester exams that he missed and you if you will provide his medical reports then it will be upto the college authorities whether he will be continue the classes for second semester or will have to restart with 1st semester.I believe be will be allowed to attempt 2nd semester classes but he will have to clear 1stbsem papers first.
