I'm assuming by PCMC, you mean physics, chemistry, maths and computer science. However, to be eligible to give NEET UG exam, which the common entrance exam required for admission into courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS, you must have biology, physics, and chemistry as your compulsory subjects. Without biology, you will not be eligible to give the NEET exam.
