my cousion who is from Jaipur is covid positive but asymptomatic will he be allowed to sit in neet exam on 13 sep 2020 ?

Covid-19 positive is a great danger for the people coming in the vicinity of that person, whether he is symptomatic or asymptomatic. In case, he wants to sit for the NEET entrance exam, the person need to have a permission from the government authorities. Most probably, he will not be allowed to sit for the exam, being risk to other candidates.
