Hello, your chances for CS, EC , IT, EE looks in New Nit like Sikkim, Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram and some EE, EC in Nit Srinagar,Goa.
For chemical engineering chances may be there in some top 10 Nit but you have to wait till last round of Csab counseling.
Apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
