so as the information shared by you that your rank is 15680 in JEE paper II For OBC catergory.

• At this time it is very difficult to predict which colleges you might get since the counselling has not yet been started and the cut-off is not it released for the first round
• See it is very difficult for you to get any NITs/GFTIs with his rank since the cut-off for an NIT usually closes at around 1500 to 3300 maximum.(as per previous trends for OBC category)

It is advised to you to kindly also fill a form for various state level counselling which accept JEE scores for their admission or you can try for other private colleges like SRM,Manipal, amity , CBS etc whichever may be beneficial for you.
