Given your daughter belongs to Odisha which means that she has the domicile of Odisha. And no candidate having the domicile of any state can apply through 15% AIQ. So , since your daughter is having the domicile of Odisha , she can not apply through 15% AIQ , she has to compete
In 85% state quota only .

Going by previous cut offs, it is difficult if your daughter belongs to General Category but she has a chance if she belongs to Reserved Categories.
