According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but ye I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. However I would also recommend you to try on the following colleges :-

• VIT Pune
• MBM Engineering College Jodhpur
• Bikaner Technical University
• RTU Kota

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
