First of all, congrats for scoring well. I would like to inform you that you can easily get CSE in NIT Durgapur at this rank and because of home state quota as well. Also, you can get other NITs which rank above NIT Durgapur in MHRD rankings. To get a list of the colleges which you can get, use the college predictor and help yourself:

But your HS percentile is 82 as you have mentioned. So you are in the top 20 percentile. To get admission in NITs, either you must have 75% marks or be in the top 20% percentile.
