Getting a government rank at this rank is not possible. You have given tag for Odisha JEE MCA so if you want to take admission in MCA look for private college who provides the course. If not you are looking for Btech courses then do the same.

Apply for counselling and give the private college name which you like or interested or the one which is good.

You will get one for sure.
