My jee marks 88.64%, & my 12th marks 61%, if i write improvement exam to score 75% still my jee marks will retain or again i have write jee?

As you will be giving your improvement exam next year, the marks scored in JEE mains will not be considered then. You can just secure admission via your marks in the current year's counselling process. Hence you will have to reappear in JEE exam if you wish to secure a seat in NIT, IIT, or other colleges accepting these marks.
