Woman's Rank is the the rank secured by the female candidate,among all the other female candidates only who had appeared for the exam.It is the rank that you get if remove all the the other male or other candidates and consider the females only.

The woman's category rank will be far less than the General rank since number of females appearing for any entrance exam is far less than male candidates.

Yes with this rank you will get CSE branch in the first round of counselling only.
