It would be tough to tell you the exact but As per the previous year cutoff the chances are less to get a seat under IP Ward quota.

If I'm under OBC category,should I get seat under ESI ip ward quota with this mark?

Last year the cutoff rank was around 1,60,000 for OBC so you can have the chance.
