Hello dear, i want to make it clear that if and only if you want to take advantage of reservation under EWS category of obc -NCL.

But if you are not under these category or even don't wants to take advantage of this reservation , then there is no need of income certificate.
If you have income certificate of 2019 it is valid upto 3 years so you can use it..

If we talk about the income certificate, the validity varies as per the caste or category you belong to. For non- creamy layers and non reserved categories the validity is till 3 years from the date of issue.
For reserved categories and creamy layers, the validity is 5 years from the date of issue. So, you can decide accordingly, whether you can use it or not.
The admission may not be cancelled, but you may not be able to use the certificate as such.
