Your percentile is bit less and your rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a slightly hard chance of getting SIT Pune.
The reason is you will get the seat from all India Qouta and it will have less seats so there will be much competition.
So it may get difficult for you get this College.
The other way is to get good score in MHT-CET around 110-120 and get this College.
