The counselling in AKTU is done on the basis of your general rank and not on the basis of your category rank. Your category rank only comes in hand in case a seat is empty that is reserved for your category and it's your turn in counselling to take it, so you will get the seat. As per your general rank, you can get colleges like RKGIT, MIET, GL Bajaj and Galgotias. All the best for future!
