It seems a bit unclear whether you want to know about your chances in getting a seat through the State Quota Counselling or NEET AIQ Counselling.
As per the data of Round 2 AIQ, Counselling
The UR Closing Rank was 15,671
Closing rank OBC : 10,494
Closing Rank SC : 73,803
Closing Rank ST : 81,974

Through the Mop-up round, I would be sorry to inform, but a rank of 1 lakh 30 thousand is too far fetched to secure you a seat, friend. No govt. Medical College would entitle you with a seat at such rank.
