My sc rank is 2123 .. Can I get bsc nursing college in West Bengal?

There are almost 1255 seats for B.sc nursing in West Bengal including all government and private colleges.
Among these, 278 seats are reserved for SC category students. So it seems hard to any get seat in a private college through this rank. Although some private colleges also have management quota seats. In that case, the coursee fee will be quite higher.
