Dear Aayush, in 2018 under State Quota, Adani Institute of Medical Sciences  secured a seat with a score of 397 marks under General Category. That has been the cut off. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With 397 marks it is difficult because cut offs increase every year.

According to past year it was marks requores for admission was 397 so you are close enough but unfortunately this year cutoffs have uncreased.So it will be difficult to say.
