Dear Harish,
Mostly colleges through COMEDK provides B. E degree.
There is no difference between B.Tech and B.E degree regarding scope and placements and no degree is superior over other.
You can check some of the colleges below which provides B.Tech degree
Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore
Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore
