Hello,

It is a good percentile and your rank may be around 60k all over India. It is difficult for you to get a seat in IIT or NIT. But there is a chance to get a seat in spot round or at the time of 3rd counselling as your OBC rank would be around 15-20k. You can get some of the top colleges in India.
