Yes absolutely... NIOS students are eligible for NEET 2019 and subsequent years... I was a petitioner in DELHI HIGH COURT NIOS case.. Delhi High court has struck down Nios INELIGIBILITY and pronounced that BARRING RECOGNIZED OPEN SCHOOLING STUDENTS(NIOS) IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND AGAINST GOVERNMENT POLICY OF " RIGHT TO EDUCATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY" and DELHI HIGH COURT squash CBSE Notification regarding NIOS

NIOS students can't apply for NEET because this year NIOS students were not allowed to take up this exam.( as per the recent argument between cbse and mci)
