Let me clear your doubt. Yes after completing your d pharma you can get direct admission in 2nd year in bpharma through leet exam. Through which you can save your 1 year and your course will be completed in 3 year only. 

Now regarding fee details. Since you have not mentioned the college name so i cant give you clear idea regarding this but overall the course fee will be between INR 40,000 to 2 lakh for b pharma course.
