part 2 of my application form of rajasthan neet ug was not submitted, can i participate in round 1 counseling or can i fill the application form again in round 2 counselling

As per the guidelines set by MCC for NEET Counseling, qualified and eligible candidates must register at ww.mcc.nic.in. They must fill their NEET roll number, registration number, name, mother’s name, and date of birth. The next step is to pay the NEET counselling fee and security fee by Credit/Debit card or internet banking.
After that You can choose your desirable college in the form before submitting it because colleges will be allotted on this basis. All documents and forms should be complete because a document verification is done. If a part of your form was left incomplete, you should also call the helpline office number of the Admission Office and Clear this doubt.
