You haven't mentioned your Category. And NEET doesn't have vertical reservation for PWD. It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example, if you belong to OBC and have PWD reservation, then you can claim OBC-PWD reservation. And if you belong to General Category and have PWD reservation, a score of 500 can get you a seat in Rajasthan Government Medical Colleges. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you might need 450-475. This is even lesser if you are okay with a seat in Private Medical Colleges. And this is based on previous years's cut offs.
