KIIT 2019 is a national level exam condcuted by KIIT university.So,the questions will cover the topics of physics,chemistry,mathematics  (for B.tech)

As per books are concerened NCERT books should be sifficient but on a personal view you should try solving additional reference books and materials provided by different coaching institutes.Along with that you should also try solving some previous year question papers for practice.This will increase your score and ehnace your chances for a higher rank.
