DD stands for DemandDraft. The process of making dd is very simple.

If you have a bank account than it become simple,obtain an application for demand draft. Then fill up th form with the required information including amount , beneficiary name ....name ,address.etc ,since bank charges a certain amount for this exchange,you have to issue your own cheque of whole amount including the exchange charges. And submit it on the counter. In some time they will issue your DD

If you do not have bank account than go to any bank near you,fill up the application form submit it the whole amount  in cash including charges. In some time they will issue your DD.

You can submit this DD to your college.
