NCERT books are very cost effective and does not cost you much and does not cut your pockets.
The books are in the range of INR 150 to INR 350. So, if you purchase all the books under science stream you will be done within INR 1000. The PCB or PCM books will cost you more than INR 600.
If you order them online via any e - commerce websites, you may even get some discounts.
So, don't worry, it will not cost much.
